Bowman Ecker was formed by Mark Bowman and Howard Ecker, two of the most respected tenant advocates in the United States, to provide conflict free representation to tenants and corporate end users of commercial real estate. 

 

Bowman Ecker is unique in that we focus on helping corporations establish and manage a long term strategy for real estate assets.  Our services are geared toward ensuring that leased and owned real estate assets perform over the entire term of the obligation, not just upon lease execution.  We provide a proven process for monitoring and evaluating lease obligations to make sure that they continue to support the overall real estate strategy.

 

Although transactional work will often result from pursuing an overall corporate real estate strategy, transactional work is not the focus of Bowman Ecker as it is at just about every other real estate brokerage and services firm.  We operate on our client's behalf as if we are stakeholders in the  long term health of the company rather than beneficiaries of the company's operations.

 

The principals of Bowman Ecker have more than 70 years of combined experience representating corporate tenants in all facets of real estate including corporate strategy consulting, transactional services, development, real estate automation and lease administration.  Our staff is comprised of real estate experts, lawyers, accountants, financial anlaysts, and research profressionals all working together to provide tenant-based services.
